I am a technical consultant for laptop support in the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Beyond using all Office applications, I fix computers for MBAs and BBAs including viruses, spyware, driver installation, and program configurations. I am also fluent with Macintosh computers and programs including iWork, GarageBand, iPhoto, iMovie, and VMware Fusion.
